RepTwin uses generative artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to produce responses and outputs. This AI Disclaimer summarises key limitations and risks associated with AI-generated outputs. This AI Disclaimer should be read together with, and is governed by, Section 5 (AI Disclosures and Disclaimers) of the RepTwin Terms of Use. In the event of any inconsistency, the Terms of Use shall prevail.

1. AI-Generated Outputs

RepTwin uses generative AI, including models provided by third-party AI providers, to generate responses (“Outputs”). AI-generated Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, biased, or inappropriate and may not reflect current or complete information.

2. No Medical or Professional Advice

RepTwin does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. All Outputs are provided for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical judgment or other professional advice. Healthcare professionals must independently apply their own clinical judgment and comply with applicable professional, ethical, and regulatory obligations when using RepTwin.

3. No Reliance; Independent Verification Required

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You must independently verify all AI-generated Outputs before relying on them.
  • Outputs must not be relied upon as a sole source of truth or factual information.
  • You are solely responsible for any decisions, actions, or outcomes based on your use of RepTwin.

4. High-Risk Use Restrictions

RepTwin must not be used for any high-risk activities where errors or failures could reasonably be expected to result in death, personal injury, or severe harm, including:

  • clinical decision-making,
  • emergency or acute care decisions, or
  • use as a substitute for professional medical judgment.

Outputs must not be used to make decisions that have a legal or material impact on any individual.

5. Acceptance and Ongoing Use

By accessing or using RepTwin, you acknowledge and accept the limitations and risks described in this AI Disclaimer and in the RepTwin Terms of Use. Doceree may require re-acknowledgement of this AI Disclaimer from time to time, including following material updates to RepTwin or its AI features.
