Voice-Based Consent
If the AI voice call has no UI capable of presenting a clickwrap, a voice-based consent flow is required at call start.
Audio consent language:
“Before we begin, please note that this service uses artificial intelligence and is governed by our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Acceptable Use Policy, and AI Disclaimer available at reptwin.ai. To continue, please say ‘I agree’.”
Requirements: System must record the verbal consent, Log timestamp and session/call ID, Proceed only after consent is captured
Please treat UI clickwrap as the default, and use voice-based consent only where clickwrap is technically not feasible. Kindly confirm approach and feasibility with Varun before implementation.
