Further, you agree not to rely on any statement, presentation, or discussion at the Event as the basis for any business, investment, clinical, or professional decision.
6. COMPLIANCE REPRESENTATION
By accepting these terms, you represent and warrant that your attendance at the Event: (a) does not breach any obligation owed to your current or former employer, including any confidentiality, non-disclosure, or non-compete obligation; (b) does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or professional code of conduct, including applicable healthcare compliance standards and pharmaceutical industry regulations; and (c) has been approved (where required) under your organisation's internal policies.
7. NAME, LIKENESS, AND PUBLICITY
You grant Doceree a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use your name, professional title, organisation name, image, photograph, video and likeness in connection with the promotion, documentation, and marketing of the Event and Doceree's related activities, without any further approval, consent, or compensation.
